The company “Trade House “Etalonmash” Ltd. is a part of the Corporation “Etalon”. It was established in 2014. TH “Etalonmash” is an independent enterprise whose activities represent commercial interests of “Ukrainian Cardan” Ltd.,”Chernigov Forging Plant” Ltd. and aim at development of directions:
- Expansion of sales markets.
- Support of existing sales markets.
- Receiving of orders and monitoring of their implementation.
- Organization and holding of exhibitions.
- Negotiating.
- Marketing.
Plants production capacities are located on 50,000 sq.m., in three buildings where there are more than 500 workers. The plants focus on the production of cardan products and forgings. A specialized equipment is used in work. It allows to produce a high-quality and competitive product which is in demand on the market.
There is a laboratory equipped with a modern equipment for quality control. Incoming quality control of all purchased materials and components; product control at every stage of production; control of finished products are carried out there.
Each plant produces products that go through a full production cycle, which includes:
- Designing;
- Development;
- Manufacturing;
- Testing;
- Quality control.
